Terms of Sale and Delivery

September 2026 - FINLAND

  1. The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all cooperation and supply agreements. The customer’s own purchasing conditions do not apply.
  2. All deliveries are invoiced at the prices applicable at the time of delivery.
  3. For orders with a net value of EUR 1,500 excluding VAT, we deliver free of charge within Finland. For lower order values or deliveries abroad, the customer pays all shipping costs. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, we select packaging and shipping method at our discretion. Shipment is always at the customer’s risk.
  4. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date without deductions, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
  5. In the event of late payment, default interest shall accrue at 2% above the statutory default interest rate applicable at any given time, as determined under the Finnish Interest Act (Korkolaki 633/1982).
  6. If the customer’s financial situation deteriorates significantly after the conclusion of the agreement, and this jeopardizes our receivable, we may demand security for payment or change the delivery terms for orders not yet fulfilled.
  7. Circumstances beyond our control – e.g. force majeure, war, strike, government intervention, shortage of energy or raw materials, operational disruptions, or missing deliveries from subcontractors – temporarily release us from our delivery obligations. If such circumstances persist for more than two months, the customer may cancel the order.
  8. Visible defects must be reported to us no later than two weeks after receipt. Other complaints follow applicable law. Complaints entitle the customer to a replacement delivery. If replacement delivery is not possible, the customer may claim a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.
  9. Claims for damages against us are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. In the event of material breach of contract, the statutory liability standard applies. The customer may only set off claims that are acknowledged, undisputed, or legally established. Rights of retention may only be exercised for claims arising from the same contract. We do not participate in consumer dispute resolution.
  10. We retain ownership of the delivered goods until full payment has been received. If the security value exceeds our receivable by more than 20%, we will release security upon the customer’s request.
  11. We do not guarantee that the products are suitable for the customer’s specific intended use. Recommendations and technical advice are given to the best of our knowledge, but the customer must test and verify suitability themselves.
  12. Printing on tape may affect the way the tape unwinds. This is not considered a defect.
  13. For printed products and custom-made items, deviations of up to ±10% in delivered quantity may occur.
  14. Tools and printing bases produced by us remain our property – even if invoiced. They may be used for repeat orders for up to three years.
  15. The final print execution is based solely on the customer’s approved print proof. Changes requested by the customer will be invoiced.
  16. Minor color deviations in color printing are not considered defects.
  17. The customer is responsible for ensuring the right to reproduce the ordered print. Copyright and usage rights to our designs remain with us. Design work is invoiced if no order is placed or if the work requires extraordinary effort.
  18. The place of delivery is the place of dispatch. The place of payment is Padborg. The exclusive venue for all disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).
